120 floors per difficulty (Normal + Hard), reset every ~30 days onto one of THREE boss rotations — every 10th floor is a boss, the rest are 3-wave floors where damage and cooldowns carry between waves (sustain compounds). Keys are only spent on SUCCESS, so retry comps freely: 10 gold + 10 silver daily; gold = first clears, silver = secret rooms + re-farming beaten boss floors for forge materials. All 8 bosses share the Almighty rules: immune to Stun/Freeze/Sleep/Fear/Provoke (Magma Dragon is the lone Provoke exception — and that's his entire counter), max-HP-scaling damage capped at 10% per hit, TM-reduction halved (Magma Dragon is the exception here too — his 'Invincible Scales' passive makes him FULLY immune to TM reduction, not just halved). Debuffs need ~100 ACC Normal / 330 ACC Hard.
Team
Gwyndolin the SilentFMust sit in the LEAD slot: only the leader's aura is active, and her +60 ACC all-battles aura is what pays the tower's accuracy tax. A1 hits 3× and each hit extends every debuff; A2 AoE Dec SPD + Leech. Needs no tomes to do this job.5★
Gliseah SoulguideFThe wave answer: A3 Everwinter = Block Debuffs on all allies + 75% AoE Freeze + TM fill to ALL allies. Frozen waves deal no damage, which beats racing them on 3-wave carryover floors. Books are her #1 tome claim (75%→100%, CD 5→4). Freeze is DEAD on all 8 bosses (Almighty Immunity) — she swaps out on boss floors.5★
Supreme KaelVVoid, so rotation-proof. Triple Poison + Weaken + Dec RES all UNRESISTABLE — needs zero ACC, so every roll goes to damage — and his A3 hands the team Increase ACC. Ayumilove: DT Floors 5★ and 5★ on Magma Dragon / Frost Spider / Scarab King.5★
Stag KnightS6★ built. AoE 60% Dec DEF + 50% Dec ATK from one body: the Dec ATK is PREVENTIVE sustain (halving wave damage beats healing it back) while the Dec DEF speeds every kill. Unlike Freeze, both land on bosses too, so he stays in on all 120 floors. Book A2 Huntmaster (70%→95%, CD 4→3) for permanent uptime.5★
DoompriestF6★ bookless — Bolster is a PASSIVE (heals all allies 7.5% + removes 1 random debuff at the start of her turn), so it keeps working through skill-lock. Ayumi Floors 5★ and 5★ on six of the eight bosses — better than the record credited her. Yields the default to Bad-el-Kazar only once he is 6★ (his Malice cleanse is a 5-turn CD vs her per-turn strip), and stays the pick on debuff-heavy floors, Nether Spider and Eternal Dragon (A 5★ / H 10 each). 2026-07-27 audit.5★Affinity
Three monthly rotations, four bosses each (each appears 3× on floors 10–120; the fl-120 final is the gate). A boss's affinity is ROTATION-SCOPED — the same boss changes affinity between rotations, so match your affinity-strong champs to the CURRENT rotation. R1: Magma Dragon (Magic), Nether Spider (Spirit), Scarab King (Force), Frost Spider (Void, final). R2: Magma Dragon (Force), Celestial Griffin (Spirit), Nether Spider (Magic), Eternal Dragon (Void, final). R3: Bommal (Force), Scarab King (Spirit), Celestial Griffin (Magic), Dark Fae (Void, final). Note Scarab flips Force→Spirit and Magma flips Magic→Force between rotations; all three rotation finals are Void. Check the rotation at reset and field the matching boss comp below — the wave core runs the other 108 floors.
Levers
- ›THE LINEUP: Gwyndolin (lead) + Gliseah + Supreme Kael + Stag Knight + a sustain seat (Doompriest, or Vogoth when raw damage is the problem). That five clears the 108 non-boss floors in every rotation. On boss floors swap Gliseah (Freeze does nothing vs Almighty Immunity) and often Stag for Valkanen + Katonn, then follow the per-boss comps below.
- ›AURA: only the LEADER's aura applies. Gwyndolin's +60 ACC is the default. On NORMAL you only need ~100 ACC total, which gear alone reaches — so leading Gliseah for her +60 Ally RESIST is a live alternative against debuff-heavy waves. On HARD (330 ACC) Gwyndolin has to lead.
- ›ACC by difficulty: ~100 Normal / ~330 Hard. Do NOT over-gear accuracy while clearing Normal — push those rolls into SPD and damage and re-add ACC at the Hard transition. Supreme Kael never needs any (all his debuffs are unresistable). Bommal Hard additionally wants 850 RES unless Dec ACC is up.
- ›BOOK ORDER for this team: Stag Knight A2 (Epic pool) then Gliseah A3 (Legendary pool). Both are 6★ and unbooked, and both books convert a chance roll into a certainty — Stag 70%→95% + CD 4→3, Gliseah 75%→100% + CD 5→4. Gwyndolin is deliberately behind them: her aura and damage need no tomes.
- ›SPEED: Stag Knight and Gliseah both want 200+ so the Dec DEF/Dec ATK and the Freeze land BEFORE the wave acts; landing them second is close to not landing them at all.
- ›Keys are only consumed on success — retry boss comps freely, and spend leftover silver re-farming boss floors for forge mats (Frost Spider → Frostbite, Dark Fae → Lethal, Scarab → Untouchable).
- ›Secret rooms (12/difficulty, 3 fragments each) test roster DEPTH — rarity/affinity/role/faction-restricted, compounding on Hard ('Epic Spirit', '6★ Void Attack'). Keep leveled rares across all four affinities.
- ›Frost Spider Hard is the shakiest R1 wall: it runs on burn uptime — Geomancer (75%/5-turn unbooked, 95%/3-turn booked) + Searsha (80% AoE HP Burn on A2) + NEW Crypt-King Graal (75% AoE on A2, 100% booked, and his A3 extends every burn to 3 turns unresistably) are the three owned sources; run at least two on that boss — Graal is the first that makes the uptime comfortable rather than a coin flip.
- ›Scarab King Hard: both Destroy-MAX-HP bodies (Scrapper, Itinerant) are still unbuilt 3★ rares — no new champion in the July 2026 batch destroys MAX HP, so that gap stands. What DID improve is the shield half of the comp: Lodric Falconheart (NEW, Ayumi 5★ Scarab) blankets the team with a Shield off his own MAX HP, which blocks the counterattack and the A1 Provoke rider. Invest before pushing past ~floor 100. UPDATED 2026-08-10: the shield/protection half improved again — VISIX THE UNBOWED is HH 10/10 on Borgoth, the joint-highest owned, and she is now seated on that card in place of Tidemaster Dexikos. The DESTROY gap still stands: Scrapper and Itinerant remain unbuilt 3★ rares and nothing in the Void intake destroys MAX HP.
- ›Gliseah does NOT simply 'swap out on boss floors' (2026-07-27 correction): Freeze is dead vs Almighty Immunity, but her A2 steals all buffs from all enemies and her A3's Block Debuffs + team TM fill are fully live on bosses — A Dreadhorn 5★, Nether Spider 4★, Eternal Dragon 4★, Dark Fae 4★; H 10/10/9 on Agreth/Iragoth/Bommal. Her passive IS correctly limited — verbatim 'Will not deny cooldown increasing effects from Bosses' — so she is not an answer to Eternal Dragon's Soul Burst.
- ›Rating-source note: HellHades has NO single doom_tower score (the key returns 0 for almost every champion) — it rates the eight DT bosses individually (kuldath, agreth, sorath, borgoth, grythion, iragoth, bommal, astranyx), and hh_champion.py now returns those in a doom_tower_bosses_0_10 block. Ayumilove's explicit Floors star is the primary floors evidence. Note amius is NOT a DT boss — Amius the Lunar Archon is the Cursed City of Sintranos pinnacle boss.
- ›PER-BOSS RATINGS ARE THE ONLY HONEST WAY TO READ DOOM TOWER, and the 2026-08-31 intake makes that unavoidable. champions.json carries a single doom-tower 1–5 number, but HellHades has no single DT score — it rates the 8 rotating bosses individually and the spreads are extreme. Fresh 2026-09-01: GALATHIR is 10/10 on Magma, Nether, Frost and Eternal Dragon but 2/10 on Dark Fae (he is a buff machine and her A2 steals buffs). ARMANZ is 10/10 on Dark Fae and Eternal Dragon but 1/10 on Bommal and 2/10 on Griffin. ARTAK is 10/10 on Frost and Eternal but 1/10 on Magma. DOROTHY GALE is the most consistent body in the intake — 8 or 9 on seven of the eight, only Dark Fae (4) low — which makes her the best generic boss-floor filler even though she posts no 10. A single rating cannot carry that; hh_champion.py already returns the per-boss block.
Swaps
- Dorothy GaleS
THE BEST GENERIC BOSS-FLOOR FILLER (recorded 2026-09-01). Fresh HH gives her 8/10 or 9/10 on SEVEN of the eight DT bosses, with only Dark Fae (4) low — the most consistent spread of anyone in the intake. She posts no 10, so she takes no specific boss seat, but she is the body to bring when the rotation's comp is short and no specialist fits. 6★ BUILT.
- The Cowardly LionM
HIS DOOM TOWER VALUE IS STRUCTURAL AND NO RATING CAPTURES IT (audit 2026-09-01). He is HH 8/10 on five of the eight bosses with his Fear engine dead against ALL of them — Fear and True Fear are in the Almighty Immunity list every DT boss carries. BUT 108 OF THE 120 FLOORS ARE WAVE FLOORS against ordinary champions with no such immunity, where A2's 75% AoE True Fear stops waves acting the way Gliseah's Freeze does, A1 gains +10% damage per skill activated under Fear, and True Courage grants him free turns whenever a wave enemy Fears him back — and on 3-wave carryover floors that compounds. This is the third content after Fire Knight and Arena where his kit actually functions, and the largest of the three. A wave-core Ideal candidate once built. 5★, queue #1.
- Khamir Scald-EyeM
THE CELESTIAL GRIFFIN TENSION, recorded rather than seated (2026-09-01). HH grythion 9/10 and 'Stay Above 50% HP' is exactly his kit — but that comp must run BUFF-LIGHT, because Griffin's 3-turn AoE strips all buffs unresistably and hits +10% per buff eaten, and Khamir applies four team-wide buffs (Inc ATK, Inc SPD, Inc DEF, Strengthen). Vogoth's 10/10 holds the seat. Khamir is 9/10 on Magma and Eternal Dragon if a comp there ever wants a per-turn team heal plus a full revive.
- Starsage GalathirF
SEATED IN THE ETERNAL DRAGON COMP (audit 2026-09-01), replacing Golden Reaper on a 6★ body. Fresh HH iragoth 10/10, plus 10/10 on Magma, Nether and Frost. That comp's principle is that passives survive the skill-lock, and his Eternal Beyonder passive is always-on: 25% RES-scaled damage reduction, 1-HP death prevention, team HP equalisation. NOT seated on Magma Dragon (10/10 on paper, but that comp is a Provoke lockdown and Magma is FULLY immune to TM reduction, which kills his alt-form A1 too) or Nether Spider (10/10, but this record states 'RES and Block Debuffs do nothing' there, deleting half his A2 and his entire aura). 2/10 on Dark Fae — her A2 steals buffs and he is a buff machine. 6★, gear only.
- Armanz the MagnificentM
SEATED IN THE DARK FAE COMP (audit 2026-09-01). Fresh HH astranyx 10/10 — the highest anyone owned posts on that boss — and he is Magic, satisfying the zero-Spirit requirement. Dark Fae herself has Almighty Immunity but HER CLONES DO NOT, so his A2's full Turn Meter theft plus AoE Stun is mass control on exactly the comp's named targets. Also 10/10 Eternal Dragon, 9/10 Nether Spider. 1/10 Bommal and 2/10 Celestial Griffin — a specialist, not a generalist. 5★, queue #2.
- ArtakM
SEATED IN THE FROST SPIDER COMP (audit 2026-09-01). Fresh HH sorath 10/10, and Frost Spider Hard is this record's 'shakiest R1 wall' precisely because it runs on burn uptime. A3 burns all enemies at 75%, A1 has a 35% chance to EXTEND every burn by a turn (the win condition itself), and A2 instantly activates them for immediate damage plus a 75% AoE 50% Decrease ATK. Keeping burn live also switches off Frozen Lymph, so uptime is the accuracy fix as well as the damage. Also 10/10 on Eternal Dragon. 1/10 on Magma Dragon — do not field him there. 5★, queue #3.
- DemythaV
NEW 2026-08-10 — HH 9/10 on Magma Dragon, Nether Spider, Frost Spider and Eternal Dragon. Team [Block Damage] plus a 15% Continuous Heal on one skill, and an A2 that extends every ally buff, cuts every ally debuff duration and heals scaling with how many it moved — none of it damage-based, so it works through the tower's skill-lock and buff-strip floors. Strong sustain alternative to Doompriest on a Void body. Her build is claimed by the Clan Boss unkillable comp, where she is 6★ BUILT and seated.
- Ursala the MournerV
NEW 2026-08-10 — HH 9/10 Eternal Dragon and 8/10 on Magma Dragon, Scarab King and Celestial Griffin. Her aura is +24% Ally SPD in DOOM TOWER specifically, the only tower-scoped speed aura owned, and A3 Requiem revives the WHOLE team at 75% HP with 50% Turn Meter plus 60% Inc DEF and Strengthen — the single best insurance on 3-wave floors where a bad wave 2 ends the key. A2 pairs AoE 50% Dec ATK with a team Inc ATK. Note the aura only applies if she LEADS, which costs Gwyndolin's +60 ACC — viable on Normal (~100 ACC), not on Hard (~330). 4★, queue #13.
- PsylarV
NEW 2026-08-10 — HH 9/10 Dark Fae, and a genuine wave-floor tool: A2 is AoE 50% Decrease ACC at 80% for 2 turns, which blunts an entire wave's debuff output on the 3-wave carryover floors where damage and cooldowns compound. A3 adds AoE 30% Dec SPD plus a 40% TM cut — halved against Almighty bosses but full value on waves and on Dark Fae's clones. 4★, held in secondary projects.
- ColdheartV
NEW 2026-08-10, three copies — HH 9/10 Dark Fae and 8/10 Scarab King. A3 Heartseeker scales its damage off the ENEMY's MAX HP, which is unusually good against Dark Fae specifically because the clones carry YOUR team's stats, and it fully depletes a target's Turn Meter (halved against Almighty bosses, useless on Magma Dragon, full value on clones and waves). A1 hits 4× at random for wave chip with a 100% Heal Reduction rider. Rare, so the cheapest Doom Tower build available; 3★ today, queue #5. Paper HP/DEF — she needs the freeze or a protection body in front of her.
- Visix the UnbowedV
NEW Legendary 2026-08-10 and the most valuable Doom Tower body in the batch — HH 10/10 Scarab King, 9/10 Dark Fae, 9/10 Magma Dragon, and now seated on all three of those cards. DEF-scaling control tank: A1 hits twice for 80%/hit −15% enemy TM into her own bar, A2 is AoE 30% Dec SPD plus 50% Ally Protection on everyone else, A3 AoE Provokes and shields her for 20% of her MAX HP. Ayumi Floors 5★. Read her Almighty limits carefully: the Provoke is dead on seven of the eight bosses (Magma Dragon is the exception) and the TM drain is halved on all of them and fully immune on Magma Dragon — what always survives is Dec SPD, Ally Protection and the self-shield. ACC 250+ and SPD are the build; skip crit entirely. 5★, queue #8.
- Suzerain KatonnS
Out of the starting five now that Stag Knight is 6★ (Stag lands the same Dec DEF shred without needing 225+ ACC), but he is the boss-floor AoE body — stacking Dec DEF + Weaken + 100% Heal Reduction while stripping Shield/Block Damage/Unkillable. MUST bench on Dark Fae: she heals 10% MAX HP per Spirit champ fielded. 6★
- Searsha the CharredF
The SECOND HP-Burn source the levers said the roster lacked — protected burns + no-attack buff-strip. Frost Spider comp seat (queue #18).
- GeomancerF
Takes the Nether Spider seat as of 2026-07-27 (A 5★/H 9). The skill to NEVER fire there is Quicksand Grasp — it fully depletes TM and trips Agreth's counterattack. Also A 5★/H 10 on Frost Spider.
- AlureM
6★ BUILT. THE Dark Fae body (A 5★/H 10, highest owned on Astranyx) and joint-top on Scarab King (A 5★/H 10) — seated in both as of 2026-07-27. Her record's caveat that HH's ratings endpoint was bot-blocked can be dropped: it resolved cleanly this run (HH overall 8, Scarab King 10, Dark Fae 10, Frost Spider 8).
- High KhatunS
Speed/TM-fill tempo in for Geomancer on farm floors — faster clears when denial isn't needed. 5★
- Rector DrathF
In for Vogoth against burst-heavy waves — Perfect Veil shields the squishiest champ. 6★
- Supreme KaelV
The Void, rotation-safe AoE poison/debuff wave body (HH/Ayumi ★★★★★ on Floors + Scarab King). Unresistable A2 triple Poison + Weaken, unresistable A3 Decrease RES, team Increase ACC, and an unresistable +1-turn debuff EXTENSION — all zero-condition. No enemy TM cut (his A3 only fills HIS own), so he's safe on Nether Spider. Being Void, he's the rotation-proof alternative to Spirit Katonn — and the answer on the Dark Fae rotation, where Katonn MUST bench (feeds her Spirit-heal). Note he does NOT destroy MAX HP, so on Scarab he's poison/Dec-RES DPS, not the shell-cracker. 6★, built — strictly supersedes the Rare Kael below.
- KaelM
Budget AoE-poison filler for Normal farm floors — but Supreme Kael (above) is the strictly better body; keep the Rare only to field a SECOND poison stacker in parallel, or when Supreme is committed elsewhere. 6★
- ValkanenV
REVERSED BY THE 2026-07-27 AUDIT. The old note called him a boss-floor hammer and a poor wave body — both sources say the exact opposite: Ayumi Floors 5★, but 1–2★ (H 2–5) on ALL EIGHT bosses. He is a FLOORS champion, and he was mis-seated in three boss alts (Celestial Griffin, Bommal, Dark Fae) — all three replaced. Keep him for waves, never for a boss key.
- AturM
Kuldath (Magma Dragon) specialist tank — crit-triggered 15% heal + Counterattack passive re-provokes forever; his record's whole niche.
- Dhukk the PiercedM
Magma Dragon alternative (HH Kuldath 9/10) — triple Provoke + self-Unkillable; also the wave shred body. Queue #25
- VergisS
Corrected 2026-07-27: he is NOT a Celestial Griffin answer (A 1★/H 4 — the buff-light rule explains it: Aegis stacks Cont Heal + Inc SPD + Reflect + Ally Protection + Inc DEF onto a boss that strips buffs and gains +10% damage per buff eaten). His real DT niches are Scarab King (A 5★/H 10) and Dreadhorn (A 4★/H 10).
- Countess LixM
NEW Legendary (queue #21) — DT 5★: AoE Block Active Skills on waves + team-wide cooldown refresh compounds across 3-wave floors (damage/cooldowns carry between waves).
- Shu-Zhen the ValorousV
NEW Legendary, 6★ BUILT — DT 5★: TM swing + Extra-Turn to the boss-killer; Sheep-strip tech on Dark Fae floors.
- Bad-el-KazarF
6★ built. Ayumi Floors 5★ and 5★ on six of eight bosses — the widest DT body owned; takes the Ideal sustain seat and the Eternal Dragon seat, both unlocked now that he is 6★ (2026-07-30). Corrected 2026-07-27: his A2 Malice is a 5-TURN COOLDOWN cleanse, not a per-turn one (that's Doompriest), and Ayumilove's page makes no 'unresistable-adjacent' claim about his poisons.
- AltanM
Takes the Celestial Griffin seat as of 2026-07-27 (A 5★/H 7): A2 Wall of Flame gives all allies 60% Inc DEF plus a 20% MAX HP Shield on a kill, and Fiery Rebirth revives a random ally at 30% HP on every kill — the direct counter to sub-50% Sky Bond stacking. Buff-engine tension with the comp's buff-light doctrine is real but both sources still rate him top there.
- BurangiriF
Takes the Bommal seat as of 2026-07-27 (A 5★/H 10). His passive heals him 50% of MAX HP whenever an ally OR AN ENEMY dies — wider than the record said — and his aura is +40 Ally RESIST in all battles, which pays the 850-RES Hard check if he leads.
- Crimson HelmS
NEW — Ayumi 5★ Dreadhorn as well, plus 4★ on Frost Spider and Scarab King: team Revive on Death + 60% Inc DEF on one button, four 75% Provoke rolls on another, and a 33% HP aura in dungeons.
- Lodric FalconheartS
Takes the Scarab King shield seat as of 2026-07-27 (A 5★/H 10, top owned Borgoth body): team Shield worth 20% of HIS MAX HP on a 4-turn CD (2 booked), plus a +25% Ally HP aura that applies specifically in the Doom Tower. Note his Floors star is only 3★ — he is a boss specialist, not a wave body.
- Mistrider DaithiF
NEW — Ayumi 5★ DT Floors and 5★ Magma Dragon: AoE 60% Dec DEF that grants an EXTRA TURN when it lands on everyone, plus a 40 ACC aura in all battles — a second answer to the tower's accuracy tax behind Gwyndolin's +60.
- ZargalaF
NEW — Ayumi 5★ DT Floors: AoE 60% Dec DEF on a 3-hit skill that auto-fires when her A2 kills, and a 40 ACC aura in all battles. A wave-floor shred body that also pays the ACC tax.
- Crypt-King GraalM
Queue #12. Third HP-Burn source for Frost Spider (A 5★/H 9). Corrected 2026-07-27 to the sourced wording: his A3 places Freeze on HP-Burned targets and extends HP Burns to 3 turns — there is NO unresistable clause on either; his A2 burn is 2 turns base on a 4-turn cooldown.
- Rhaia the MournedV
NEW 6★ Legendary — Ayumi 5★ DT Floors and 5★ Eternal Dragon, 4★ on Magma/Nether/Frost/Griffin/Dark Fae. Void, so she is rotation-proof, and her A1 Extra-Turn-on-kill chains through 3-wave floors. Her Corrupted Majesty passive is the DT tech: while she holds Increase ATK (her own A3), Block Debuffs (Gliseah) and Veil (Rector) at once she cannot die AND her debuffs cannot be resisted — which sidesteps the 330 ACC Hard wall for her Weaken and Stun.
- Lugan the SteadfastS
NEW Legendary — Ayumilove 5★ Scarab King, and the direct answer to the comp this page calls the thinnest in the tower. His A2 shields EVERY ally off his own MAX HP on a 4-turn (3 booked) cycle, which blocks Scarab's counterattack and the A1 Provoke rider without depending on the two unbuilt 3★ Destroy bodies. Ayumilove reports he can solo Borgoth at lower floors. He does NOT destroy MAX HP, so he pairs with a Destroy body rather than replacing one.
- Keberon the UnderflameF
NEW Legendary — Ayumilove 5★ DT Floors and 5★ FROST SPIDER, which is the one that matters: she revives at 50% with full TM if she dies un-burned, and this account's burn uptime was previously a Geomancer coin flip plus Searsha. Keberon is a third source at 75% AoE, and his A3's team 50% Inc ACC helps pay the 330 ACC Hard tax for everyone else.
- Pann the BowhornF
NEW — Ayumilove 4★ Bommal the Dreadhorn and 4★ DT Floors, with a 20% SPD aura in dungeons. His A3's 75% True Fear is wasted on the Almighty bosses (all immune) but real on the 108 wave floors.
Alternative Comps
Magma Dragon — Provoke Lockdown
provoke lockdownR1 + R2 boss (Magic affinity). The only DT boss Provoke works on.
Provoked he only A1s — never casts Hex (his 100%-DEF-ignore one-shot on the lowest-HP champ) or the AoE burn. Chain Gnarox (his A3 Provoke is a 50% chance; the debuff is UNRESISTABLE when Gnarox's DEF is LOWER than the target's — and a boss's DEF dwarfs any champ's, so it lands reliably and sidesteps the 330-ACC Hard wall) + Vogoth. LEAVE DOOMPRIEST HOME: cleansing Hex transfers it to the cleanser. Ditto Geomancer — HP Burn on this boss is converted into a 15% Continuous Heal for the BOSS. Atur's passive (15% heal + Counterattack when he's hit BY a crit) makes him a purpose-built perma-provoke tank; Dhukk (triple Provoke + self-Unkillable) is the alternative. 2026-07-27 audit: Supreme Kael in for Gwyndolin (A 2★/H 4 on Kuldath, weakest seat) — Kael is A 5★/H 8 and his poisons + Dec RES need ZERO ACC, sidestepping the 330-Hard wall. Stag Knight's shred still needs ACC, so on Hard consider re-seating Gwyndolin in the lead purely for the aura. Dhukk (H 9) now edges Atur (H 8) on HH's numbers, though Atur's crit-heal + Counterattack passive is the purpose-built version. UPDATED 2026-08-10: VISIX THE UNBOWED replaces Atur as the Provoke body — HH 9/10 on Kuldath against his 8, and she is a Legendary DEF-scaling tank rather than a 4★ Epic whose overall score is 5/10. Her A3 Single Combat is an AoE [Provoke] with a self-Shield worth 20% of her MAX HP on a 4-turn cycle (3 booked), which is exactly the lock this boss — the ONE Almighty boss Provoke works on — is beaten with, and her A2 adds 30% Decrease SPD plus 50% Ally Protection for everyone else. IMPORTANT: her A1's turn-meter drain is DEAD here. Magma Dragon's Invincible Scales passive makes him FULLY immune to TM reduction, not merely halved like the other Almighty bosses, so treat her as Provoke plus Dec SPD plus protection and nothing else. Atur stays the budget version of the seat. Build state: Visix is 5★.
Nether Spider — Cleanse Engine
sustain + counter-poisonR1 + R2 boss. Unresistable AoE poisons, detonated all at once at the start of her every turn.
RES and Block Debuffs do nothing — Doompriest's per-turn strip is the counter, Drath + Vogoth out-heal the rest. Banshee/Anax poison her right back (she doesn't punish it) — Supreme Kael also slots in cleanly (unresistable poison + Dec RES, and no TM cut to trip her counter), though he's only a mid pick here. ZERO TM reduction: her passive counterattacks any TM cut with 100%-DEF-ignore damage (and TM cuts are halved here anyway) — bench Aox for this fight, and bring Geomancer ONLY for his HP Burn/Stoneguard deflect, never firing his A3 TM-cut at her. Never AoE the spiderlings while their Counterattack is up — each counter heals her 10%. 2026-07-27 audit: Geomancer in for Vogoth — both sources rate Vogoth A 2★/H 4 here because Festering Dynamo only heals off damage RECEIVED, and Agreth's poisons detonate rather than attack. Geomancer is A 5★/H 9. The TM cut to never fire is his Quicksand Grasp (fully depletes TM). Correction: Aox's A1 does NOT touch turn meter (that's Weight of Aeons), so the blanket 'bench Aox' was over-broad — HH rates him 9 on Agreth.
Frost Spider — Burn Uptime
hp-burn raceR1 final boss (fl 40/80/120). If she dies WITHOUT HP Burn on her, she revives at 50% with full TM and reset cooldowns.
Geomancer's A3 burn IS the fight — while she's HP-Burned her own conditional passive (Frozen Lymph: bonus DEF/RES that scales with boss level) switches OFF, so keeping burn up also collapses the RES wall that otherwise makes debuffs miss on Hard fl 120. Gwyndolin extends the burn on A1 and her AoE Leech stops spiderlings from stealing your debuffs; Doompriest strips the Freeze chains; run buff-light (A3 strips all buffs, +20% boss TM per Freeze SHE lands on you). Geomancer's single 75%/5-turn-CD proc (95%/3T booked) is thin uptime — the roster's riskiest R1 boss on Hard — so Searsha replaces Katonn as a second, protected HP-Burn source (80% AoE on her A2) to keep burn on her at the kill. If she dies WITHOUT burn she revives at 50% HP + full TM + reset cooldowns and spawns 2 spiderlings; Block Revive is the backup insurance. 2026-07-27 audit: no change — best-sourced comp in the record, all five verified (Geomancer A5/H10, Searsha A5/H10, Gwyndolin A5/H10, Doompriest A5/H9, Vogoth A5/H8). Searsha's protected burns confirmed verbatim. Crypt-King Graal (A 5★/H 9) is the third burn source. | UPDATED 2026-09-01: ARTAK joins, replacing Searsha the Charred (or beside her — both are 5★). Fresh HH sorath 10/10, his equal-best DT boss score. This record says the fight 'runs on burn uptime' and names Geomancer, Searsha and Crypt-King Graal as the three owned burn sources; Artak is the fourth and the most complete. A3 Purifyre burns all enemies at 75%. A1 Chaosrazor has a 35% chance to EXTEND every HP Burn on each target by 1 turn — that is uptime, which is literally the win condition here. A2 Dogs Of War instantly activates the burns for immediate damage and adds a 75% AoE 50% Decrease ATK. Keeping burn live also collapses Frozen Lymph (her conditional bonus DEF/RES), so uptime is simultaneously the damage plan and the accuracy fix.
Scarab King — Shields + Destroy
shield + destroy max hpR1 + R3 boss. 90% damage reduction until 30% of his MAX HP is Destroyed; counterattacks every unshielded attacker.
Shield on EVERYONE, always — blocks the counterattack and the A1 Provoke rider, and downgrades the A2 buff-STEAL to a plain buff-removal (shield doesn't fully stop it). His damage reduction steps DOWN as you Destroy his MAX HP: 90% (under 10% destroyed) → 60% (10–20%) → 30% (20–30%) → 0% past 30% — so the shell only fully cracks after ~30% of his MAX HP is gone. Scrapper/Itinerant crack the shell (Destroy gear); poisons bypass the reduction entirely, so Supreme Kael's unresistable triple Poison + Weaken + Decrease RES is premium here (Ayumi ★★★★★) — but he does NOT shred MAX HP, so he pairs WITH a Destroy body, never replaces it. TM reduction is HALVED here like every DT boss (NOT full strength) — but he can't stop TM denial, so speed-tuning still buys turns. Regen/Immortal over Lifesteal (hits into the reduction heal nothing). Thinnest comp in the tower: both Destroy bodies are 3★ rares, shields are CD-gated. 2026-07-27 audit: Lodric in for Hidestitcher Boorn (A 5★/H 10, top-rated owned Borgoth body; team Shield 20% of HIS MAX HP, 4T CD → 2 booked, plus a +25% Ally HP aura that applies in Doom Tower) and Alure in for Frozen Banshee (A 5★/H 10; A1 3 random hits with 25% TM cut per crit — halved here, not blocked). Correction: shields are NOT CD-gated — Tidemaster Dexikos's is a passive with no cooldown. Cagebreaker is the Epic AoE Destroy alternative, so the Destroy gap is narrower than the record claimed. UPDATED 2026-08-10: VISIX THE UNBOWED replaces Tidemaster Dexikos. HellHades rates her 10/10 on Borgoth — the joint-highest owned alongside Lodric, Supreme Kael and Alure, against Dexikos's 8 — and the kit is a direct answer to the fight's two rules. Scarab counterattacks every UNSHIELDED attacker: her A3 puts a Shield worth 20% of her MAX HP on herself, so she attacks without eating counters, and her A2 puts 50% [Ally Protection] on everyone ELSE, so the counters the rest of the team does draw get redirected onto the one champion who is shielded and DEF-scaled. That is complementary to Lodric rather than duplicating him — he shields the whole team, she absorbs what gets through. Cost of the swap: Dexikos's double revive and Perfect Veil. She also outrates LUGAN THE STEADFAST here (8/10), who is in the 6★ queue partly for this fight — read that as Visix taking the job, not as Lugan losing his other seats. The Destroy-MAX-HP gap is UNCHANGED: Scrapper (9/10) is still an unbuilt 3★ Rare and nothing in the 2026-08-10 Void intake destroys MAX HP. Build state: Visix is 5★.
Celestial Griffin — Stay Above 50%
hp-threshold sustainR2 (Spirit) + R3 (Magic) boss. Gains Sky Bond stacks each turn AND whenever a champ drops below 50% HP; at 10+ stacks he ignores Shield / Block Damage / Unkillable.
Keep the whole team over half HP: Vogoth + Aox heals, Aox + Stag Dec ATK with near-perma uptime. Run BUFF-LIGHT — his 3T AoE strips all buffs unresistably and hits +10% per buff eaten — and expect Rock Smash to mail your debuffs back (Doompriest strips them next turn). Poison is 90%-nerfed (bench the Banshee core — HP Burn is NOT nerfed, so it stays fine). TM cuts on him are mirrored onto YOUR team AND halved — so run Aox for his Dec ATK/heals but do NOT lean on his A1 TM-cut here (it boomerangs). Valkanen brings clean, dependency-free damage. 2026-07-27 audit: Altan in for Valkanen — Valkanen is A 1★/H 3 on Grythion, the worst-supported seat in the whole record. Altan is A 5★/H 7: A2 puts 60% Inc DEF on all allies (+20% MAX HP Shield on a kill) and Fiery Rebirth revives a random ally at 30% HP on each of his kills, undoing the sub-50% Sky Bond stacking. Tension flagged honestly: the comp doctrine is buff-light and Altan is a buff engine, but both sources still rate him top here. Vergis is NOT a Griffin answer (A 1★/H 4).
Eternal Dragon — Passives Win
passive kits + cooldown reductionR2 final boss (Void, fl 40/80/120). A1 spams Block Active Skills; A3 puts your whole team's skills on cooldown and feeds his TM per cooldown turn created.
Passive/always-on effects survive the skill-lock: Vogoth heals without pressing anything, and killing the Eternal Priest hard-resets your cooldowns. Note Block Active Skills only blocks A2/A3 — your A1 still fires, and Doompriest's Bolster (her per-turn strip + heal) is a passive so it keeps working, but her ACTIVE cleanse/revive CAN be locked. Golden Reaper's ally cooldown reduction only nudges ONE random ally's ONE skill (30% chance) — it does NOT undo Soul Burst's whole-team lock; the real answer to Soul Burst is the Priest kill. Kill the Eternal Priest on sight — its death refunds ALL your cooldowns (never let him Consume it for HIS reset + extra turn). Also immune to Poison, Dec SPD and Heal Reduction; supports want 252+ SPD on Hard to move before him. 2026-07-27 audit: Bad-el-Kazar in for Aox (A 3★/H 8 → A 5★/H 10, top-rated owned Iragoth body). Doctrinal fit, not just numbers: Prey Upon is a PASSIVE and his A1 AoE team-heal still fires under Block Active Skills, which only blocks A2/A3. Source conflict logged, no seat given: Countess Lix's A3 does cut all ally cooldowns by 1, but on a 7-turn CD (5 booked), and Ayumi rates her 2★ vs HH 10 — one turn of relief every 5–7 turns is no answer to a whole-team lock. | UPDATED 2026-09-01: STARSAGE GALATHIR replaces Golden Reaper (4★) on a 6★ body. Fresh HH iragoth 10/10. This comp's principle is that passive and always-on effects survive the skill-lock, and Galathir's Eternal Beyonder passive is exactly that: 5% damage reduction per 100 RES to a 25% cap, holding him at 1 HP on a fatal hit, then equalising team HP — all always-on, none of it requiring a button. Block Active Skills only blocks A2/A3, so his A1 still fires: base-form Astral Storm attacks all enemies and fills ally Turn Meter, alt-form Uncreation Beam cuts enemy Turn Meter. 6★ Mythical, needs gear only. His alt-form passive sets his ACC to 75% of his RES, so he clears the Hard 330 ACC tax without accuracy gear.
Bommal — Buff-Light, Debuff-Light
passive sustainR3 boss (Force, fl 10/50/90). Bombs can't be blocked, removed or cleansed; HP Burn damage is +100% per Bomb carried; every debuff you land bombs the caster back (Pressure Wave).
Nothing removes his Bombs — instead Doompriest strips the HP BURN (whose damage each Bomb amplifies by +100%, so stripping it defuses the real killer), and Drath/Vogoth heal through detonations. Sachi's AoE Dec ACC halves the brutal Hard RES check (250 N / 850 H) — worth the one Pressure Wave bomb she eats. ZERO TM manipulation: every TM cut summons a Dreadbomb that hits for 40% of the DREADBOMB's own MAX HP (pure, shield-ignoring — not 40% of your champ's HP). Buffs are stripped by A3 and converted into EXTRA Bombs — run naked. Valkanen nukes debuff-free (so he never self-bombs via Pressure Wave). 2026-07-27 audit: Burangiri in for Valkanen (A 1★/H 2 on Dreadhorn → A 5★/H 10). Correction to the wording: Burangiri's passive heals him 50% MAX HP whenever an ally OR AN ENEMY dies, not only champions. Bonus the record missed: his aura is +40 Ally RESIST in all battles, which pays into the 850-RES Hard check if he leads. Crimson Helm (A 5★/H 10) and Vergis (A 4★/H 10) are the other strong owned Bommal bodies.
Dark Fae — Kill Your Clones
clone burst, zero SpiritR3 final boss (Void, fl 40/80/120). Mirrors your whole team as clones at battle start (stats, sets, blessings) and hides behind Perfect Veil until they die.
ZERO Spirit champs — her A2 heals 10% MAX HP per Spirit champ fielded (bench Vogoth/Katonn/Khatun; NOTE Frozen Banshee is MAGIC, not Spirit — she doesn't feed the Spirit-heal, she trips the A2 buff-STEAL instead, a separate problem). Build SQUISHY/medium, NOT tanky: your clones inherit your stats, so tanky clones take LONGER to kill — dragging the fight and keeping her Faerie Storm strong (+25% per living ally). Kill clones fast. Valkanen executes clones, Quilen's 30% team TM-on-kill snowballs the clears, Morrigaine shaves her TM every turn (useful — though ALL TM reduction on the boss is flat-halved regardless of chunk size). Doompriest cleanses Fear/True Fear/Leech. Banished champ (A4) returns when their clone dies — kill it first. 2026-07-27 audit: Alure in for Valkanen (A 2★/H 5 → A 5★/H 10, highest-rated owned Astranyx body; the record's own swap note already called Dark Fae her signature fight without seating her). Zero-Spirit constraint re-checked and held: Doompriest (Force), Gwyndolin (Force), Alure (Magic), Morrigaine (Magic), Lady Quilen (Force). Morrigaine confirmed A 5★/H 9. UPDATED 2026-08-10: VISIX THE UNBOWED replaces Lady Quilen (HH 9/10 vs 7/10 on Astranyx). The reason she fits is that the thing you actually have to kill here is your own MIRRORED TEAM, and clones are NOT Almighty — Provoke, Decrease SPD and turn-meter drain all work on them where they would be dead against a boss. So her whole kit is live: A1 drains 15% TM per hit twice over and pours it into her own bar, A2 slows the clones 30% while putting 50% Ally Protection on your real team, and A3 Provokes the mirror while shielding her. COLDHEART and PSYLAR are also 9/10 here and are the cheaper alternatives — Coldheart's Heartseeker scales off enemy MAX HP, and a clone carries YOUR stats. Build state: Visix is 5★. | UPDATED 2026-09-01: ARMANZ THE MAGNIFICENT replaces Visix the Unbowed. Fresh HH astranyx 10/10 — his equal-best DT boss score and the highest anyone owned posts on this boss. He is MAGIC, so he satisfies the zero-Spirit requirement. A2 Greatest Hits attacks all enemies, STEALS ALL OF THEIR TURN METER and Stuns everyone not under Sheep — and while Dark Fae herself carries Almighty Immunity, THE CLONES DO NOT, so that is mass control on exactly the targets this comp is named for. A3 adds a 75% strip of all enemy buffs that CANNOT BE BLOCKED, and his passive maxes a random enemy cooldown whenever Sheep expires. 5★ (queue #2), needs ACC gear — every line in his kit is an accuracy check. Alure stays: the record wants her Magic body against the Void boss.
Ideal (fully built)
dream teamIf every owned champ were 6★ + geared — the build-goal lineup for the 108 wave floors.
One seat differs from Team Now: Bad-el-Kazar in for Doompriest (already 6★, so it costs nothing against the existing roadmap). Ayumi Floors 5★ plus 5★ on six of eight bosses — the widest DT body on the roster. On wave floors he sustains WHILE clearing: A1 Dark Sphere is an AoE that heals him and all allies for 20% of damage dealt, and Prey Upon is a passive giving all allies +20% damage vs Poisoned — which Supreme Kael keeps up permanently with unresistable AoE triple Poison. Gliseah closes with A3 books (75→100%, CD 5→4), Stag Knight with A2 books (70→95%, CD 4→3).
