Her AoE Decrease ACC is the same tech Bowf the Rancid holds for Dragon hard mode, and Gwyndolin (6★) already anchors it for Iron Twins — that overlap is why she is a level-to-50 body rather than a 6★ project. What she uniquely brings is the 22% SPD crypt aura for a Dark Elves crypt that already fields Madame Serris and Visix.
