The Fight

Go-first speed nuke — outspeed, strip, shred, and delete before they act. Only the LEAD SLOT's aura applies, so the aura is a seat cost: the owned Arena SPD auras are Shu-Zhen 30%, Valkanen 30%, He-Man 28%, Jinglehunter 24% (Gliseah's is +60 RES all battles and Katonn's is +33% ATK all battles — neither can lead a speed race). Only two seats actually race the enemy; the rest of the turn order is manufactured by Shu-Zhen's Extra Turn.

Affinity

Valkanen is Void (always neutral); Katonn is Spirit — vs Magic-heavy defenses his debuffs weak-hit-bounce: bring DHUKK (Magic — neutral into Magic; AoE 60% Dec DEF on crit + 50% Dec ATK) in the shred seat, NOT Stag Knight (also Spirit — same weakness). Swap He-Man (Magic) out vs FORCE-stacked defenses (Force beats Magic; into Spirit he actually hits strong). Gliseah is Force — she covers the Magic-stacked defenses that punish Katonn.

Levers

  • Turn order is the whole fight: Katonn (A3 unresistable strip + Heal Red, then A2 AoE Dec DEF/Weaken) → Shu-Zhen (A2 Extra Turn) → He-Man (AoE wipe, buffed AND into shredded targets) → Valkanen (execute). One Shu-Zhen turn can't do both the TM swing and the Extra Turn — A2 is the default; its Sheep-strip mode also answers Polymorph defenses.
  • Speed-tune: Katonn fastest, Shu-Zhen second — only those two race the enemy; the Extra Turn breaks tuning math for He-Man (acts immediately regardless of SPD) and Valkanen cleans up. Only the lead slot's aura applies — Shu-Zhen's 30%, not Valkanen's identical 30% or He-Man's 28%.
  • BOOK KATONN FIRST. Unbooked his A2 is 70% Weaken / 45% Decrease DEF; booked it is 100% / 75% (~3 Legendary tomes, tomePriority book-now). Today more than half the alpha strikes land without the 60% Dec DEF that makes He-Man's wipe lethal — this is the cheapest reliability fix on the account.
  • 6★ HE-MAN is the top build for this team (queue #37). His A3 multiplier is 3.5 ATK + 0.2 HP, so the ascension raises both terms; at 5★ the only AoE wipe in the comp is undersized, which is exactly when the Freeze-lockout alt becomes the better field choice.
  • Stone Skin plan (REVISED): Katonn's strip removes Shield / Block Damage / Unkillable but NOT Stone Skin. Best answer is GLISEAH — A2 Breath of Rime (3cd) steals ALL buffs from all enemies, Stone Skin included, and she is already 6★. Second answer is He-Man's A2 (single-target, ignores Stone Skin, +30% team TM on kill) to delete the priority target. Jagg Bonesaw's A3 does strip everything too, but he is 5★ and tomePriority hold — third in line now, not first.
  • Valkanen's execute has a price: Malice Unleashed is a Secret Skill unlocked only by A3 Death's Bargain KILLING a living ally. A3 refills his own TM by 75%, so sacrifice an ally who has already acted and the execute chains in the same cycle. Default to A2 Hex of Blades when the alpha is already winning.
  • Kill plan: Katonn's Heal Reduction + strips neuter sustain/bunker comps; vs dedicated revivers Valkanen's Malice already applies Block Revive on kill, so Excruciator is only needed if Valkanen is parked elsewhere.
  • Savage on both nukers; He-Man wants buffs stacked pre-A3 — Shu-Zhen's A2 trio (ATK/C.RATE/C.DMG) is three of them before he swings, on top of his passive Strengthen.
  • PvP blessings per HH: Polymorph is the high-tier PvP pick for Katonn, He-Man, Valkanen and Gliseah; Temporal Chains is the low-tier pick for Shu-Zhen, Katonn and Gliseah; Varkos wants Lightning Cage at both tiers (he has it maxed). Shu-Zhen's A2 Sheep-removal is the in-house counter to enemy Polymorph.
  • Suwai Firstborn dropped from the entry — Suzerain Katonn is a strict upgrade in the shred seat (adds strips + Heal Reduction, 5★ vs 4★).

Swaps

  • Dorothy GaleS

THIRD IN LINE FOR THE LOCKOUT SEAT (recorded 2026-09-01). Fresh HH arena 9/10, roles crowdcontrol/debuffer, and she is 6★ BUILT. A3 Furious Tornado steals all enemy buffs, spreads them to her own team and lands a 75% AoE Stun; A2 adds 60% Decrease DEF + 50% Decrease ACC. She loses the Gliseah comparison on cooldowns alone — A3 is CD 6 against Breath of Rime's CD 3.

  • Starsage GalathirF

DELIBERATELY NOT SEATED (recorded 2026-09-01) despite fresh HH arena 10/10 with roles cleanser/reviver/speedmanipulator on a 10/10 overall body. His aura is 80 Ally RES in ALL battles, and this record's lever rules that class out of the lead slot: 'Gliseah's is +60 RES all battles and Katonn's is +33% ATK all battles — neither can lead a speed race.' Off the lead slot he is a strong body — A1 fills ally Turn Meter, A2 cleanses and blocks debuffs, alt-form A3 stuns all enemies and lands 50% Decrease RES — but a 4-slot go-first comp has no room for a second pure enabler beside Shu-Zhen. HE IS THE OBVIOUS LEAD FOR AN ARENA DEFENCE COMP, which this record does not currently cover: 80 Ally RES plus a full-team revive plus death prevention is a defence archetype, not an offence one.

  • Armanz the MagnificentM

THE IDEAL SEAT (audit 2026-09-01) — see the Ideal comp. HH overall 10/10 and arena 10/10; his own record says Arena is where the 10/10 comes from. Full-team Turn Meter theft plus a Stun on everyone not Sheeped is a one-button reset of an enemy offence, his A3 buff strip cannot be blocked, and his 28% Arena SPD aura ties He-Man's. Deals no meaningful damage — build him fast, accurate and survivable, and let Valkanen carry the kill. 5★, queue #2.

  • He-ManM

THE ALPHA-STRIKE BRANCH (demoted from Team Now 2026-09-01). Gliseah took the seat because she is 6★ and he is 5★/a1 unbooked, which this record itself called 'THE WEAK SEAT TODAY'. He is not demoted on merit: A3 'I Have The Power!' gains +10% damage per buff already on him, stacking to 500%, and his 3.5 ATK + 0.2 HP multiplier means 6★ raises BOTH terms. Build him if you want the alpha-strike version of this comp rather than the lockout version. Queue #37.

  • Gliseah SoulguideF

THE STONE SKIN ANSWER, and already built: 6★, tomePriority book-now, HH arena 9/10. A2 Breath of Rime (3cd) attacks all enemies and STEALS ALL BUFFS FROM ALL ENEMIES — Stone Skin included, which Katonn's strip explicitly cannot remove — plus 25% Weaken. A3 Everwinter (5cd) puts Block Debuffs on all allies, 75% AoE Freeze (books to 100%), and fills ally TM 15% +5% per Freeze landed. Passive Timeless: her skills cannot be put on cooldown, and enemies attempting cooldown manipulation freeze themselves unresistably and hand her an instant turn. HH tags her crowdcontrol ONLY, so she is insurance and lockout, not a wipe — do not give her the Extra Turn. Aura is +60 RES in all battles, so she cannot hold the lead slot. Leads the Freeze-lockout alt below.

  • MorrigaineM

The alternative lead (6★ built, HH arena 8/10, arena_role speed-manipulator) — TM swing + unremovable Heal Red; still leads the Bunker-breaker alt where the grind matters more than the alpha.

  • Countess LixM

NEW Legendary (queue #21) — HH arena 9/10, arena_role damage-dealer / skill-manipulator / speed-manipulator. A3 Time Dilation places AoE [Block Active Skills] for 2 turns (75%) AND cuts every OTHER ally's cooldowns by 1 — but it is a 7-turn cooldown unbooked (books 7→5, and those two books ARE the champion). A2 Mire of Misery hits all enemies 3× with 75%-per-hit 30% Dec SPD + 10% TM drain. Contests He-Man's AoE seat once built — control-nuke vs raw wipe. Note: AyumiLove renders the A3 debuff as [Block cooldown Skills]; HH says [Block Active skills] — HH preferred. Still 5★.

  • Dhukk the PiercedM

The anti-Magic shred swap (Magic affinity — Katonn and Stag both weak-hit those defenses): AoE Dec DEF on crit + Dec ATK, arena 4★. Queue #25

  • Varkos HeadsplitterF

FULLY AWAKENED Legendary (6★, awakening 5) — HH arena 9/10, arena_role damage-dealer, and Lightning Cage is his HH PvP blessing at BOTH tiers. Max Lightning Cage makes his A3 Counterattack package strip-proof (75%/orb) and adds 5% Max-HP procs. Leads the 'Bunker-breaker' alt below — a co-equal first team for defenses the alpha strike can't crack, not a fallback. Still not in the go-first four: the alpha ends fights before his counter kit triggers, and the AoE seat (He-Man) + execute seat (Valkanen) are both load-bearing there.

  • High KhatunS

The old speed lead (HH arena 8/10, speed-manipulator) — budget aura swap only when BOTH Shu-Zhen and Morrigaine are parked elsewhere.

  • Gala LongbraidsV

HH arena 9/10 — the highest-rated Epic on the roster for arena; ignore-DEF ST deletes high-DEF walls/revivers and she takes extra turns at full HP (also anchors tag squad 2 — legal, tag/classic are separate). Only 4★ today, which is what keeps her out of the execute seat. Queue #39.

  • ExcruciatorM

Block Revive on reviver comps (Duchess/Arbiter-style) — though Valkanen's Malice Unleashed already applies Block Revive on kill.

  • Lady QuilenF

team C.DMG/ATK + 30% team TM on kill when you want a snowball chain vs multi-wave defenses

  • Stag KnightS

budget AoE 60% Dec DEF + 50% Dec ATK if Katonn is parked elsewhere (Spirit — same Magic weakness as Katonn, so not the anti-Magic answer)

  • Lionsguard GalateaS

Anti-revive execute: A2 places Block Revive on kill (no ACC needed) + A3 ignores 15-25% DEF and chains the execute; passive flips enemy Inc DEF into Dec DEF. Arena 4 (HH 8/10).

  • LocwainM

Buff-steal A1 + AoE strip; note the Veil/Perfect Veil removal is only a 25% chance — a soft Hegemon answer, not a guarantee. Passive +10 ACC per enemy buff rewards go-second strips.

  • Jagg BonesawS

AoE strip-nuke: A3 removes ALL enemy buffs (Stone Skin included) before the hit, +5% dmg per buff removed, +15% TM per kill; HH arena 8/10. DEMOTED as the Stone Skin plan — he is 5★, tomePriority hold, and Spirit; Gliseah does the same job at 6★ on a 3-turn cooldown. Keep him as the second strip body, not the first.

  • Wyrennon the SilkenS

Revive insurance only — his 15% TM + 30% Inc SPD sits on a 6-turn CD and his aura is crypts-only (Ayumi 3/5 arena); not a real second speed lead.

  • Golden ReaperV

Budget Khatun alternative (Ayumi 5/5, HH 8): 30% Inc SPD + 20% TM on CD 3 booked — but no arena aura of her own, so only alongside Valkanen.

  • Umbral EnchantressV

Split opinion lockout tech: HH 8 ('go-to to lock out a full enemy team' — AoE 80% Provoke + self-Unkillable, Void = no weak hits) vs AyumiLove 1/5 offense. Needs ACC; try vs slower bunker comps.

  • AltanM

DEFENSE body, not offense — sources split hard. Ayumi 5★ arena offense AND defense (33% DEF aura in all battles, 60% team Inc DEF, 50% Dec ATK, passive revives an ally on every kill he makes), but HellHades rates him arena 6/10 and tags him damage-absorption / damage-dealer / reviver. Field him on the DEFENSE team; champions.json's arena 5 is due a refresh.

  • DirandilF

Ayumi 5★ arena offense, HH 8/10 (champions.json says 5 — HH says 4): A3 ignores 50% DEF and self-Veils on a crit, A2 ignores 15% DEF and refills his own TM per crit. 15% C.RATE aura in all battles. Everything is crit-gated — 100% C.RATE or he does nothing. 4★.

  • Sepulcher SentinelF

DEFENSE body: 60% team Inc DEF + Block Debuffs, passive with a 25% chance to null any incoming hit on ANY ally, 25% DEF aura in all battles. Ayumi 5★ both arena modes but HH rates arena 5/10 and tags him damage-absorption only. A defense-comp cornerstone, not an offense seat.

  • DeathlessS

Go-second cleanup body with a 70 RES Arena aura (the biggest RES lead owned): his kit unlocks as allies die (Dec DEF at 1 dead, Dec SPD at 2, Dec ACC at 3) and his A3 always crits at 2+ deaths — useless on offense that wins cleanly. Ayumi 5★ arena offense but HH rates arena 5/10; champions.json's arena 5 is due a refresh.

  • Rhaia the MournedV

NEW 6★ Legendary (2026-07-30) — HH 10/10 Arena, the highest arena score on the roster. A3 hits all enemies 3× stealing a buff per hit (Stone Skin included) and fills her own TM 10% per steal; A2 ignores Block Damage and up to 35% DEF and, on a kill, lands an AoE Stun that CANNOT be resisted or blocked; A1 grants an Extra Turn on a kill. Her 35% ATK aura in all battles is the alternative lead to Shu-Zhen's 30% Arena SPD — ATK lead if the four can already out-speed the defense, SPD lead if they cannot.

  • ShirimaniF

NEW Legendary — Ayumilove 5★ on BOTH arena modes (HH 7/10): an 80% AoE Freeze behind a speed lead locks the enemy team out entirely while the nukers cycle. She is the lockdown alternative to the alpha strike, alongside Gliseah.

  • Kellan the ShrikeM

NEW — Ayumilove 4★ arena offence: while under his own Perfect Veil he IGNORES Shield buffs entirely, which is a cleaner answer to shield-stacked defences than stripping them. Pair with the 50% TM cut on the same skill.

  • Miscreated MonsterM

NEW — Ayumilove 5★ on BOTH arena modes plus a 33% HP aura in the Arena: AoE Stun at 50%, team Shield off his own damage, and a passive that Fears attackers into protected allies. A defence-team cornerstone at Epic cost.

Alternative Comps

Bunker-breaker (Varkos core)

go-second retaliation

Vs the comps the alpha-strike loses: Stoneskin/high-RES bunkers, revive stalls, and defenses too fast to out-speed — this comp WANTS the enemy to take turns.

Re-validated by this audit, not obsolete: fresh HH gives Varkos arena 9/10 and he is 6★ with awakening 5. Varkos takes He-Man's seat: counterattacks + ally-joins ignore Shield/Block Damage/Unkillable and his kills block revive — Katonn strips what he can, Varkos punches through what he can't (Stone Skin included). FULLY AWAKENED: max Lightning Cage protects his Counterattack package from strips (75%/orb) + 5% Max-HP procs chew the walls — the comp's old failure mode (strip his buffs, defuse him) is closed, and Lightning Cage is HH's PvP blessing pick for him at both tiers. Morrigaine's Heal Red passive + True Fear grind the stall; Valkanen executes. Build order: this is Varkos's 6★ built payoff comp.

Freeze lockout (Gliseah)

control lockout

While He-Man is still 5★ and Katonn is unbooked, and against Stone-Skin / buff-stacked or Magic-stacked defenses the alpha can't reliably wipe. Three of these four are 6★ today.

Gliseah takes He-Man's seat and turns a probabilistic wipe into a lockout. Her A2 Breath of Rime (3cd) attacks all enemies and STEALS ALL BUFFS FROM ALL ENEMIES — the Stone Skin removal Katonn cannot do — and A3 Everwinter (5cd) puts Block Debuffs on all allies, lands a 75% AoE Freeze (100% booked), and fills ally Turn Meters. Passive Timeless makes her skills immune to cooldown manipulation and freezes anyone who tries. Do NOT give her Shu-Zhen's Extra Turn — HH tags her crowd-control only, so the damage payload is wasted; hand it to Valkanen for Hex of Blades instead. She is Force, which also covers the Magic-stacked defenses that make Katonn weak-hit. Aura note: she brings +60 RES in all battles, not speed, so Shu-Zhen still holds the lead slot.

Ideal (fully built)

dream team

If every owned champ were 6★, booked and geared. REBUILT 2026-09-01 around Armanz. NOTE this is a FORK, not a replacement — the He-Man alpha-strike version stays valid and is kept as the Bunker-breaker/alpha branch.

ARMANZ THE MAGNIFICENT IS THE HIGHEST-RATED CHAMPION ON THE ACCOUNT — HH overall 10/10 — and Arena is precisely where that score is earned; his own record says so. Fresh HH arena 10/10, roles debuffer/skillmanipulator/speedmanipulator. A2 GREATEST HITS attacks all enemies, STEALS ALL OF THEIR TURN METER, and Stuns everyone not under Sheep: against a defence that has not acted yet that is a full turn-order reset, harder than Gliseah's Freeze because it takes the meter as well. A3 FOR MY NEXT TRICK Sheeps one enemy then rolls 75% to strip every buff from the entire enemy team and CANNOT BE BLOCKED, refunding him 5% Turn Meter per buff removed — a second unblockable strip beside Katonn's, covering buff types Katonn's three-type removal misses. A1 has a 35% chance to push an enemy skill's cooldown +2, and his passive maxes a random enemy cooldown whenever Sheep expires, so survivors come back with nothing available. His aura TIES He-Man's at 28% Arena SPD, so nothing is lost if the lead ever moves off Shu-Zhen. THE HONEST LIMIT: he deals no meaningful damage — his record says to build him as 'a fast, accurate, survivable body and nothing else', and every line in his kit is an accuracy check. Seating him converts this from a nuke comp into a LOCKOUT comp with Valkanen carrying the kill. 5★, queue #2, needs ACC gear.
