The Echoes of Oz login Legendary and a one-button debuff package: A3 Furious Tornado attacks all enemies, STEALS every enemy buff, spreads her own buffs to the whole team and lands a 75% AoE Stun; A2 Windstorm is a no-attack 75% AoE 60% Decrease DEF + 50% Decrease ACC; A1 rolls 75% to strip a buff and 75% to Weaken. Passive True Friend makes her death a team-wide counterattack on the killer, re-fires Furious Tornado the moment she is revived, and gives her +3% HP per ally turn and +3% SPD per enemy turn (both cap at 30%). 19% Ally SPD aura in ALL battles.

OZ UNITY is live and worth planning around: Furious Tornado gains a tier per other Oz champion on the team — 1 Oz ally means it cannot land a weak hit, 2 means it CANNOT BE PUT ON COOLDOWN, 3 means it ignores enemy [Polymorph] blessings. The Cowardly Lion arriving 2026-08-31 unlocks the second tier, so pairing them turns her AoE strip + Stun into a skill that recurs every turn against cooldown-manipulation defences. She is the anchor of the Echoes of Oz stage-20 plan (Ozilda both True Fears and Fears the team on buff gain). Her HH 9/10s are Dragon, Spider, Fire Knight and Arena; the record for Ice Golem deliberately benches her (nothing to strip on Klyssus, and Almighty Immunity blanks the Stun on the boss). Same caveat everywhere Almighty applies — Doom Tower and stage-21 crypt bosses take the Dec DEF and the strip, not the Stun. | RATINGS RE-DERIVED 2026-09-01 by the 34-team audit. DOWNGRADED: CLAN BOSS 4→3 (Demon Lord fights alone and carries no buffs, so her A3's steal-all and its Stun are both dead, her Weaken duplicates Geomancer and Supreme Kael, and 60% Decrease DEF is the weakest debuff on a fight whose damage ignores DEF) and FIRE KNIGHT 5→3 (the shield breaks on HIT COUNT and she has none — A1 is single-target single-hit, A2 does not attack at all, A3 is CD 6). WHERE SHE EARNED A LIVE SEAT INSTEAD: the FACTION WARS BANNER LORDS crypt, where she closes the single point of failure that record names by hand — 'decreaseDef: Stag Knight 5 and NOBODY ELSE' — with a 75%-chance AoE 60% Decrease DEF, while her buff strip answers the Banner Lords waves' own Increase DEF / Counterattack / Shield package. She is also the FORCE KEEP challenger for Skeletor's seat (Spirit hits strong into the Force boss; her Dec DEF and Weaken are both win conditions there) and the most CONSISTENT Doom Tower body in the intake — HH 8 or 9 on seven of the eight rotating bosses, only Dark Fae (4) low, which makes her the best generic boss-floor filler even without a single 10.

BuildPure debuffer — ACC first and by a distance (the strip, the Stun, the 60% Dec DEF and the Dec ACC are all chance-gated at 75% base and all resistible), then SPD so the strip lands before the enemy alpha. Note the Echoes of Oz floor: Ozilda at stage 20 needs ~305 ACC for debuffs to land on her, which is the highest ACC bar on the account. Immunity/Stoneskin in arena where she must survive to act; Perception/Speed when the ACC bar binds.
