BuildBlock Debuffs on a 4-turn cycle (booked) is the reason he's worth gear — it's the cheapest way to make a squishy team immune to a boss's debuff turn, and the 60% Inc DEF stacks on top. SPD to keep both up, ACC only enough for the A1 Dec ATK. His 25% DEF aura in ALL battles is a free team-wide bump wherever he leads.
