Ayumilove gives her 5★ on Doom Tower floors, Scarab King, Dreadhorn and Dark Fae. She also takes the Dark Elves crypt's control seat outright (HH FW control 5/5) and brings a 37% DEF crypt aura.

BuildAyumilove's own reference build is Speed + Accuracy, and that is right for this account: her whole kit is debuffs (TM cut, Dec SPD, Provoke) so ACC decides whether she does anything, and SPD decides whether she does it first. Skip crit entirely — her damage is not the point, and the DEF-nuker template Ayumilove lists as an alternative competes with the Ally Protection job. Build DEF and HP so she can actually absorb what Ally Protection redirects onto her.
