Targets: ~150–170 early/mid content, ~180 Spider & Dragon, 200+ for UNM Clan Boss and high dungeon stages. Source the ACC from the 2pc Accuracy set (+40 flat) plus ACC substats on every piece; use an ACC banner if you're still short. Avoid Crit-DMG sets like Pinpoint — he's a debuffer, not a nuker, so crit stats are wasted on him. Warmaster T6.
