His overlap is the problem rather than his quality: Stag Knight (6★, booked-priority) already delivers AoE 60% Decrease DEF plus 50% Decrease ATK from one seat, and Madame Serris now does both shreds off a single cast. Where he is genuinely wanted is the Ogryn Tribes crypt, which Ghrush anchors at queue #26 and which has no other body with a 5/5 shred role. The 24% C.RATE aura is Doom-Tower-scoped.

BuildHe self-supplies 50% ATK, 30% C.RATE and 30% C.DMG across his two actives, so gear the gap rather than the total — roughly 70% C.RATE on gear and let Siege Breaker cover the rest during his burst window. ACC is the real constraint: both of his 75% riders are the reason he is worth a seat, and a resisted Decrease DEF turns him into an ordinary nuker.
