HP-scaling shield support with an anti-Block-Debuffs tool: A2 has a 50% chance to strip [Block Debuffs] off every enemy before it hits and a 50% chance to leave AoE [Block Buffs] behind it, A3 Shields the team for 20% of HER MAX HP plus 15% Strengthen (6-turn CD, 4 booked), and her passive heals her 30% MAX HP every time that Shield ends, is removed or breaks.

Her one genuinely uncommon line is the A2's 50% chance to REMOVE [Block Debuffs] from all enemies before attacking — that is a Hydra and Doom Tower answer rather than a generic AoE, and it is why HH puts her Hydra at 8/10, her single best score. High Elves is already five deep and sustain-heavy (Apothecary, Vergis, Shirimani, Thenasil, Royal Guard), so the crypt does not need her; the Hydra rotation might. Stonebound Thisbe (queue #15) is the account's higher-rated Hydra answer, so Ilysinya is the second body, not the project.

BuildHer Shield is 20% of her OWN MAX HP, so HP% is the whole build and every point of it pays twice — once into the Shield, once into the 30%-MAX-HP self-heal the passive refunds when that Shield ends. ACC second, because both halves of the A2 (strip Block Debuffs, apply Block Buffs) are 50% rolls that books only take to 80%. A1 also has a 30% buff steal, so she is never wasting a turn.
