DEF-scaling Fear engine: A2 [True Fear]s the whole enemy team at 80%, A1 always crits into a feared target, and his A3 (a secret skill that unlocks off every Fear placed) ignores 30% DEF and grows 10% stronger per Fear in the round. His passive prevents his own death, full-heals him and re-Fears everyone. 25% Ally C.RATE aura in Arena.

Sources agree on the shape and disagree on the ceiling: HellHades 7/10 overall with FW damage 5/5, Ayumilove 5★ on both Arena modes and nothing above 4★ in PvE (every potion keep is 1★). He is an Arena Legendary on a roster whose queue is ranked by PvE progression, and priority.json already flags arena rank as a preference call rather than a progression one — so he sits in secondary projects until arena is the stated push. The Knights Revenant crypt is already deep (Doompriest, Sinesha, Miscreated Monster, Aeshma).

BuildEvery multiplier scales off DEF, not ATK — never build him ATK%. ACC comes before crit because the Fear chain is the engine: no Fear means no guaranteed crits, no DEF-ignore and no secret skill. Crit rate still matters for the non-feared targets, so cap it after ACC is satisfied.
