BuildControl/taunt build — survivability plus enough ACC to land the AoE Provoke (A2) and basic Stun/Decrease SPD. Stack DEF% (he scales and counterattacks off DEF/taunt) with HP for a durable absorber; for the Ogryn Tribes crypt push the debuffer standard is ~250 ACC by stage 21 (200 carries the mid floors). Lifesteal/Reflex keeps him alive in long fights; Frost/Frostbite is the PvP option per Ayumilove. A DEF-nuker variant (DEF%, C.RATE, C.DMG) is viable for arena offense but control is his primary value.

Skill floorA2 Hulking Tantrum fully booked is the floor — chance books take the AoE Provoke 50→75% and the two Cooldown −1s take it 5→3 turns, i.e. a 1-turn AoE Provoke on a 3-turn cycle (~1/3 uptime at 75% stick) — the seat also leans on his passive (20% less damage from provoked enemies, 25% counter chance) (7 epic tomes; the CD books are levels 7–8 so partial booking doesn't get there). A3 Cooldown −1 (5→4) is the nice-to-have for Strengthen/Continuous Heal uptime on the sustain half.
